Refund Policy

All sales are final and non-refundable. Last updated June 29, 2026.

1. Overview

This Refund Policy applies to all services and products provided by WebLoob (“WebLoob”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), a web design and development studio based in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada. By engaging our services or making a payment, you agree to this policy.

2. All sales are final

All payments made to WebLoob are non-refundable. Once a payment, deposit, or invoice has been made, it cannot be refunded, in whole or in part, including where a project is paused, cancelled, or completed.

3. Why we don’t offer refunds

Our work is custom and time-based. From the moment a project begins we commit time, planning, design, and development specifically to you, and that work cannot be returned or resold. For this reason all fees are earned when the work is performed and are non-refundable.

4. Deposits and payments

  • Projects typically require a deposit before work begins; this deposit is non-refundable and secures your place in our schedule.
  • Remaining balances are due as set out in your proposal or invoice and are likewise non-refundable once paid.
  • Completing a payment confirms your acceptance of this Refund Policy and our Terms & Conditions.

5. Cancellations

You may stop a project at any time by notifying us in writing. Any amounts already paid remain non-refundable, and any work completed or costs incurred up to the cancellation date remain payable.

6. Third-party costs

Payments made on your behalf to third parties (such as hosting, domains, plugins, themes, fonts, or advertising spend) are governed by those providers’ own policies and are non-refundable through WebLoob.

7. Chargebacks

Because all sales are final, initiating a chargeback or payment dispute in breach of this policy is not permitted. We reserve the right to contest any such dispute and to pause or stop work and access until the matter is resolved.

8. Our commitment

While we do not offer refunds, we are committed to delivering work we’re proud of. We agree a clear scope before we start and include revision rounds in each proposal so you can shape the result as the project progresses.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date reflects the latest version. Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the updated policy.
